Dr. Creel received his medical degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, TN. He completed his General Surgery residency and Surgical Critical Care fellowship at The University of Tennessee Department of Surgery in Chattanooga, TN at Erlanger Hospital in 2014. He joined the medical staff at Northeast Georgia Health System upon finishing his fellowship.
Dr. Creel began teaching flight crews with Air Life Georgia 14 out of Blairsville in 2014. Currently, Dr. Creel researches blood product transfusions in the prehospital setting and supports the carrying of blood products with Air Life Georgia 14 and Air Life Georgia 2 out of Gainesville.
Dr. Creel is excited to train the next generation of surgeons as he believes that each generation can be better than the last.
