Alondra Fierro joined NGMC in October 2023 and currently serves as the General Surgery Residency program coordinator.
She earned a Master of Science in Human Services Delivery and Administration from the University of North Georgia in May 2021. Since joining graduate medical education, Alondra has found great fulfillment in supporting residents, faculty, and the continued growth of the General Surgery Residency program. She enjoys being part of a team dedicated to developing future surgeons and values the meaningful relationships built through resident education and mentorship.
In August 2026, she achieved the prestigious Certified Training Administrator of Graduate Medical Education (C-TAGME) credential, reflecting her commitment to excellence and professional growth in graduate medical education. Outside of work, Alondra enjoys staying active, reading, and most importantly spending quality time with her family.
