Northeast Georgia Medical Center Residency and Fellowship Programs

Northeast Georgia Medical Center has earned ACGME accreditation in Internal Medicine, General Surgery, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine and Psychiatry. In September of 2021, NGMC was thrilled to receive initial accreditation from the ACGME for the Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship and Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship programs. By 2024, all five specialties could host more than 200 total resident physicians – which would make the program one of the largest in the state of Georgia.
