Ashley R. Wood is a healthcare education leader with more than a decade of experience in graduate medical education, faculty development, and program evaluation. As Director of Faculty Development for Graduate Medical Education at HCA Healthcare, she designed and scaled enterprise-wide initiatives—including simulation-based training, national didactics, and just-in-time teaching resources—supporting over 5,000 residents and 5,000 faculty. Previously, she expanded faculty development programming at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine and led faculty initiatives at Virginia Tech. A frequent speaker and facilitator, Ashley has presented nationally on feedback culture, bedside teaching, and simulation-based learning.
