Dr. Christian Baumgartner is a provider with Northeast Georgia Physicians Group and is board certified in family medicine.
He was born and raised in Berlin, Germany, and earned his medical degree from St. Georges University School of Medicine. He went on to complete his family medicine residency at Northeast Georgia Medical Center. After completing his residency, Dr. Baumgartner and his wife – who is also a doctor with NGPG – moved to Washington state. They soon realized how much they missed north Georgia and came back to work with NGPG.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Baumgartner is an avid runner, loves hiking and staying active. Eventually, he would love to participate in a triathlon. After a long day at work, he enjoys playing video games, trying new foods and watching soccer.
