Dr. Eihab Abdelfatah, FACS, is a board-certified surgical oncologist specializing in the care of patients with various types of cancer. He treats cancers of the digestive system—including the esophagus, stomach, pancreas, liver, small intestine, and colon—as well as skin cancers, soft tissue tumors, and cancers that have spread to the lining of the abdomen (called the peritoneum).
He completed two advanced fellowships at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center: one in Complex General Surgical Oncology and another in Minimally Invasive Thoracic Oncology, giving him specialized training in cancer surgery and less invasive techniques.
Dr. Abdelfatah offers minimally invasive and robotic-assisted procedures that help patients heal faster and with less pain. He also performs cytoreductive surgery with HIPEC, a treatment that uses heated chemotherapy inside the abdomen during surgery to target cancer that has spread within the abdominal cavity.
He is dedicated to creating personalized treatment plans and supporting patients through every step of their care.
