A highly motivated pharmacologist with 15+ years of experience in researching, mentoring and teaching; I am driven by prospects to communicate, collaborate and grow, hence naturally tend to skills such as project management, effective communication, strategic thinking, and a collaborative effort to plan, execute and run projects.

I had a privilege of living among different cultures in many parts of India and the US. Being part of six cross-cultural research teams empowered me to collaborate and communicate effectively with diverse range of audiences.

My colleagues would describe me as a meticulous, data-driven, focused, and goal-oriented individual who is highly collaborative, adaptable, and easy to work with. I have met numerous tight deadlines while staying positive and resilient when facing adversity and exceeding expectations.
