Jordan Ross serves as a project coordinator at NGHS, where she supports the development and execution of clinically impactful research and quality improvement projects as well as case report publications. Jordan received her PhD in Anatomy and Neurobiology from the University of Tennesee Health Science Center (2019) and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Georgia State University, researching neural mechanisms of learning, cognition, trauma-related processes, and neuropsychiatric-related conditions. Her background also includes significant teaching experience as well as grant administration at the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke. With over 15 years of experience spanning basic experimental and translational science and teaching, Jordan aims to expand phsyician engagement in scholarship. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking and kayaking, as well as experimenting in the kitchen.
