Lacey Harper serves as a Research Coordinator for Graduate Medical Education at Northeast Georgia Health System, where she works with residents and faculty across specialties to support the development of research studies, quality improvement initiatives, and scholarly publications. Lacey earned her MS in Exercise Science from Kennesaw State University and is an ACSM-Certified Exercise Physiologist. During her academic training, she participated in several collaborative research environments and contributed to ongoing exercise and applied physiology research initiatives. Her research interests include neuromuscular physiology, women’s health in aging, and sarcopenia, with a focus on improving physical function and quality of life across the lifespan. Outside of work, Lacey enjoys traveling whenever she can and exploring Midtown Atlanta through local art shows, restaurants, and outdoor activities.
