Pamela Glasper comes to Northeast Georgia Medical Center (NGMC) with a Bachelor of Arts in business administration from the University of North Georgia (UNG). While at UNG, Pamela received a Human Resources Master Certificate of Leadership and Supervision as well as the Franklin Covey’s Championing Diversity recognition. Pamela is passionate about education and at some point, will work toward earning her master’s degree.
Pamela spent 15 years in human resources and management and is well prepared for a successful career as a program coordinator with NGMC Graduate Medical Education (GME). She’s been with NGMC for two years, most recently as an administrative assistant with the GME team.
“Having recently graduated from college, I consider myself somewhat of a late bloomer,” says Pamela. “I am inspired by the timeless quote by the great writer George Elliot, it’s never too late to be what you might have been.” Pamela is determined to continue to be an inspiration to her children, sons Cameron and Devin, and her grandchildren. She’s faced many obstacles but is proof that when you stretch yourself beyond what you thought you were able to do; you find the champion within.
Pamela is a native of Hall County. In her free time, she volunteers at the Mercy Seed (a nonprofit based out of Lilburn, GA) and enjoys shooting hoops with her grandson Jayden and watching Frozen and Peppa Pig with her granddaughter, Ava. She also loves to travel, read romance novels, and hike.
