Dr. Lin grew up in Fairfax, VA, attended Duke University for college, and then moved to Connecticut to decide between culinary school and medical school before beginning medical school at Temple University in Philadelphia. She then moved down to Atlanta for both residency in Emergency Medicine and fellowship in Critical Care in the Anesthesia department.
Her major interests within medicine include all things critical care (but specifically – ventilators, mechanical circulatory support, ultrasound, ECMO!), health disparities, wilderness medicine, and medical education. Her interests outside of medicine include long runs, pottery, watercolor, rowing, aerial arts, rock climbing, and spending time with her husband and her energetic australian shepherd, Remy.
