About
Dr. Nicole Redenius graduated from the Auburn campus of Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her undergraduate program at Auburn University and earned her Master’s of Education in Teaching and Learning from the University of Oregon. Before beginning her medical education, she taught middle school and high school science and math in Oregon and Alabama for several years.
Dr. Redenius has participated in medical missions to Tegucigalpa, Honduras for local need-based community healthcare and her clinical interests include breast and robotic surgery.
Dr. Redenius was drawn to Northeast Georgia Medical Center, in large part, because of the beautiful surroundings. Since she has moved to the area, she has enjoyed hiking, exploring the waterfalls and enjoying Lake Lanier.
“During my interview, I was impressed with the people I encountered and the culture of the hospital. I can’t wait to start training under the incredible attendings I’ve met. I love surgery and I’m ready to get back into the OR and clinics!”
