I was inspired to pursue psychiatry after seeing the powerful ripple effect that psychiatric interventions can have. Helping even one individual can positively impact entire family systems and lead to healthier, more functional, and more connected relationships. I am particularly interested in reproductive psychiatry and the ways mental health care can support patients across different life stages.

2. What do you enjoy most about being part of this residency program?

What I enjoy most about this residency program is the genuine support from both faculty and administration. I’ve never felt stressed or dreaded coming to work—instead, it’s something I truly look forward to. The program fosters an environment where residents feel heard, valued, and supported, which has made my training experience both fulfilling and rewarding.
