About
Dr. Faramand grew up in Ramallah, Palestine then moved to Jordan to complete his medical school. Following graduation from medical school, Dr. Faramand briefly worked in Palestine as a physician then subsequently elected to move to the University of Pittsburgh Medical School to pursue a master’s degree in clinical research and complete a postdoctoral research fellowship. His areas of interest in emergency medicine include cardiac ischemia, global health, and social determinants of health.
What do you like to do in your free time?
Yoga, soccer, international travel.

Speaking Arabic, juggling a soccer ball for 5 minutes straight!
