We are pleased to announce that Northeast Georgia Health System’s Center for Simulation and Innovation has been granted Full Accreditation by the Association of Standardized Patient Educators (ASPE). This prestigious recognition comes after a thorough review process by the ASPE Accreditation Review Council, which evaluated our program’s commitment to excellence and adherence to industry standards.
“Our program is part of the historic inaugural group of simulation centers to receive this accreditation. The accreditation will be formally recognized at the upcoming ASPE conference in Montreal, Canada, where representatives from newly accredited centers will receive their official certificates. This achievement reflects the dedication and hard work of the entire Northeast Georgia Health System’s simulation team and reinforces our commitment to providing high-quality simulation-based education. We look forward to continuing our work in advancing healthcare education through simulation while maintaining the high standards recognized by this accreditation.” – Jim Rinehart, GME and NGMC Director of Clinical Skills and Simulation.
