I have had the pleasure of supervising each of them weekly over the past two years in outpatient clinic, where I have seen their thoughtful and skillful integration of evidence-based psychotherapy and pharmacologic treatment. They have supported one another through challenges, served as trailblazers in our young program, and helped build services that have expanded access to care in our community—including our partnership with Good News Clinics, the launch of our Partial Hospitalization Program, and our collaboration with Family Medicine to establish an addiction clinic.
