Atlanta Gastroenterology Associates
Established in 1976, Atlanta Gastroenterology Associates (AGA) is one of the largest gastroenterology practices in the country dedicated to the evaluation and treatment of both digestive and liver diseases. Today, its physicians see patients in more than 40 locations conveniently located throughout Metro Atlanta and North Georgia. In addition, the practice operates multiple accredited endoscopy centers where most outpatient procedures are performed. The practice is comprised of a diverse group of physicians who speak various languages and has more female gastroenterologists than any other group in the country.
Arthritis Center of North Georgia
Arthritis Center of North Georgia is a rheumatology practice of dedicated, experienced physicians who believe in working with patients to maintain and improve their health. Arthritis Center of North Georgia’s mission is to provide personalized, high-quality medical care to each and every one of its patients. Each physician is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in both internal medicine and rheumatology and is a member of the American College of Rheumatology. Family Medicine Center
The NGMC Family Medicine Center is a 24,000 square foot, state-of-the-art clinic. The practice will provide full scope and comprehensive services. Our continuity practice will care for our large, growing patient population that includes children and adolescents, maternity care, newborn care, adults, and older patients. The clinic will perform ultrasounds, minor procedures, and osteopathic manipulation. With dedicated, connected classroom space, the educational experience is extended to the clinic. With four resident work areas with floor to ceiling windows, family medicine residents will have a workspace that is great for collaboration and focus. This large clinic is divided into four practice “Pods” where interdisciplinary teams care for patients.
Hall County Health Department
Hall County Health Department provides a wide range of health care services that include prenatal care, family planning, pregnancy-related programs and perinatal case management. The center offers various health programs for children, including checkups, immunizations and nutritional counseling. It also provides various services that include stroke and heart attack prevention programs, health screenings, and HIV testing and counseling. Hall County Health Department has a primary care clinic that offers a range of services, including wound care, and evaluation and treatment of acute medical illnesses. The department additionally provides treatment for various chronic medical illnesses that include diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma and thyroid problems. The Kidney Care Center of Georgia is solely dedicated to providing excellent care in all aspects of kidney disease. New Horizons Lanier Park
Northeast Georgia Health System has two long term care facilities, New Horizons Limestone and New Horizons Lanier Park. Northeast Georgia Health System’s transitional care unit is a sub-acute unit located at New Horizons Limestone. This unit is designed to offer medical and rehabilitation services to patients who no longer need the acute nursing care offered on other hospital units but who are not yet ready to be discharged to their homes or to a nursing care facility.
The Good News Clinic – Hall County
Good News Clinics (GNC) is a Christian nonprofit providing free medical and dental care to uninsured residents of Hall County who cannot afford to purchase health care services. Forty-six primary care physicians, 9 mid-level providers and 43 dentists volunteer to treat patients at GNC. In addition, over 340 specialist physicians volunteer to treat GNC patients through our Health Access referral program.
