Welcome from the Lead Physician
Welcome to the Internal Medicine Residency Primary Care Track at Northeast Georgia Medical Center (NGMC).
Our three-year program is aimed to train exceptional general internists who want to excel in careers in primary care.
As a smaller program housed within our larger Internal Medicine Residency program, the Primary Care Track is structured to be suburban and rural.
You will work with other primary care physicians who have practiced together for years, establishing a collaborative and tight knit group as you engage and treat our diverse patient population. Our teachers and learners will bring a multitude of different backgrounds, experiences and interests, creating a robust environment where you can thrive, advocate and feel supported.
